Mishimoto offers a performance intercooler kit for the 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke. This kit is designed to improve airflow, decrease air-charge temperatures, reduce EGTs, and support the truck at any power level.

The kit features a Cold-Side Intercooler Pipe with optimized bends for smooth airflow, constructed from mandrel bent aluminum with a polished finish. Included are Mishimoto Silicone Boots with DuraCore technology and Constant Tension T-bolt Clamps for consistent holding power. The DuraCore inner layer provides enhanced resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil, increasing boot longevity. The Mishimoto intercooler features a larger core volume, cast aluminum end tanks, and a bar-and-plate core to deliver cool, dense air and reduce pressure drop for improved engine efficiency. The kit is available with either a black or silver core and includes the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

Note: This product requires minor trimming of the upper radiator support for installation. Please use both the printable trimming template and modification guide for best results.
