Mishimoto offers a performance intercooler kit for the 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke. This kit is designed to improve airflow, decrease air-charge temperatures, reduce EGTs, and support the truck at any power level.

The kit features a Cold-Side Intercooler Pipe constructed from mandrel bent aluminum with a polished finish, engineered to maximize airflow by eliminating restrictive bends. It also includes Mishimoto Silicone Boots with DuraCore technology and Constant Tension T-bolt Clamps for consistent holding power. The DuraCore inner layer provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil, increasing the life of the boots by preventing leaks and blowouts.

The Mishimoto intercooler included in the kit offers a significant increase in core volume, durable cast aluminum end tanks, and a bar-and-plate core for cool, dense air delivery. The intercooler reduces pressure drop, resulting in increased engine efficiency. All components are engineered for durability and are available with either a black or silver core. The kit is covered by the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

Note: This product requires minor trimming of the upper radiator support for installation. Please use both the printable trimming template and the modification guide for best results.
