Mishimoto offers a performance intercooler kit for the 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. This kit is designed to improve airflow, lower air charge temperatures, reduce EGTs, and support the truck at any power level.

The kit features Mishimoto intercooler piping, engineered to maximize airflow by eliminating restrictive bends for smooth, unimpeded flow. The mandrel bent aluminum pipes are polished to a mirror finish. Included are Mishimoto silicone boots with DuraCore technology and constant-tension T-bolt clamps for consistent holding power. The DuraCore synthetic inner layer provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil, increasing boot life and preventing leaks and blowouts.

The package includes a Mishimoto intercooler with increased core volume, cast aluminum end tanks, and a bar-and-plate core to deliver cool, dense air to the engine. The intercooler reduces pressure drop, resulting in improved engine efficiency. All components are engineered for durability and are available with a black or silver core. The kit is covered by the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

Note: This kit will not fit vehicles equipped with dual alternators.

Note: This kit replaces intercooler inlet pipes with the following part numbers: 2005-2007: C3Z-6K769-AA; 2003-2004: 6C3Z-6K769-B.
