Mishimoto offers a performance intercooler kit for the 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. This kit is designed to improve airflow, lower air charge temperatures, reduce EGTs, and support the truck at any power level. The intercooler piping eliminates restrictive bends for smooth airflow and is constructed from mandrel bent aluminum with a polished finish.

The kit includes Mishimoto silicone boots with DuraCore technology and constant-tension T-bolt clamps for consistent holding power. DuraCore is a synthetic material that forms the innermost layer of Mishimoto silicone diesel boots, providing superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil, which increases boot life by preventing leaks and blowouts. The Mishimoto intercooler features increased core volume, cast aluminum end tanks, and a bar-and-plate core to deliver cool, dense air to the engine and reduce pressure drop, improving engine efficiency.

All components are engineered for durability and are available with either a black or silver core. The kit is covered by the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

Note: This kit will not fit vehicles equipped with dual alternators.

Note: This kit replaces intercooler inlet pipes with the following part numbers: 2005-2007: C3Z-6K769-AA, 2003-2004: 6C3Z-6K769-B.
