Cool down charge air temperatures with the Mishimoto direct-fit performance intercooler kit for the 2011-2014 Ford F-150 EcoBoost. The factory intercooler is small and sits at the bottom of a spacious, unconventionally shaped cavity behind the front bumper, leaving much of the available space unused for cooling improvements.

The Mishimoto intercooler features a unique angled design to maximize use of this space, providing an 88% increase in core size, a 66% increase in internal core volume, and a 40% increase in external fin surface area. The all-aluminum, TIG-welded core is durable and includes an NPT-threaded bung on the bottom to address condensation issues common to the 2011-2014 F-150. A CNC bypass bung for 2011-2012 trucks and a set of air diversion plates are included to guide ambient air directly through the core for optimal performance.

This intercooler has been dyno-tested for maximum gains with both the stock tune and a specialized ECU tune. Intake temperatures are lowered by 50°F (10°C) compared to the factory part. It is available in Stealth Black or Sleek Silver and fits both stock intercooler pipes and Mishimoto performance hot and cold pipes. Each intercooler includes the Mishimoto lifetime warranty.
