Cool down charge air temperatures with the Mishimoto direct-fit performance intercooler kit for the 2011-2014 Ford F-150 EcoBoost. The factory intercooler is small and sits in the lower part of a spacious, unconventionally shaped cavity behind the front bumper, leaving much of the available space unused for cooling.

The Mishimoto intercooler features a unique angled design to maximize use of this space, resulting in an 88% increase in core size, a 66% increase in internal core volume, and a 40% increase in external fin surface area. The all-aluminum, TIG-welded core is designed for durability and includes an NPT-threaded bung on the bottom to address condensation issues common to the 2011-2014 F-150. A CNC bypass bung is included for 2011-2012 trucks, along with air diversion plates to direct ambient air through the core for optimal performance.

This intercooler has been dyno-tested for gains with both stock and specialized ECU tunes, lowering intake temperatures by 50°F (10°C) compared to the factory part. It is available in Stealth Black or Sleek Silver finishes and fits both stock and Mishimoto performance intercooler pipes. Each intercooler is covered by the Mishimoto lifetime warranty.
