The E90 BMW offers a versatile platform for both daily driving and weekend track use. With minor modifications, the straight six engine can deliver significant power increases. However, added power can exceed the capabilities of the stock charge air system, making an upgraded intercooler necessary.

Mishimoto has engineered a bar-and-plate intercooler specifically for the BMW 335i, 335xi, and 135i. This direct-fit intercooler provides a 22-percent increase in core volume and requires no modifications to the vehicle. It features cast end tanks and CNC-machined aluminum quick disconnects compatible with factory intercooler piping.

The Mishimoto performance intercooler reduces intake temperatures by 35°F and delivers an increase of over 20 horsepower while maintaining factory boost pressure. It is constructed with precision TIG welding and is available in silver or black finishes. Installation takes approximately one hour.
