Mishimoto has developed an intercooler pipe and boot kit specifically engineered for use on the 2010–2012 Dodge 6.7L Cummins. After examining the pipe routing and size, Mishimoto engineers identified several areas for improvement. The performance intercooler pipes are constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum and routed to eliminate restrictive bends found in the factory pipes.

The pipe diameter has been increased from 3 inches to 3.5 inches to provide significant improvements in power, airflow, and EGTs. The kit also includes Mishimoto DuraCore boots and Constant-Tension T-bolt clamps. DuraCore technology is a synthetic material used in the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone diesel boots, offering superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil compared to standard silicone. This increases the lifespan of the boots by preventing leaks and blowouts.

The kit is designed to work with the Mishimoto Dodge 6.7L Cummins Performance Intercooler and is made in the USA. It includes the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.
