Mishimoto has developed an intercooler pipe and boot kit specifically engineered for use on the 2007.5-2009 Dodge 6.7L Cummins. After investigating the pipe routing and size, engineers identified several areas where improvement was necessary.

The Mishimoto intercooler pipes are made in the USA and constructed of mandrel bent aluminum, routed to eliminate restrictive bends found in the factory pipes. The pipe diameter is increased from 3 to 3.5 inches to provide substantial improvements in power, airflow, and EGTs.

Mishimoto DuraCore boots and constant-tension T-bolt clamps are included in this kit. DuraCore technology is a synthetic material that forms the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone diesel boots, offering superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil compared to normal silicone. This increases the life of the boots by preventing leaks and blowouts. The kit is designed to work with the Mishimoto performance intercooler and includes the Mishimoto lifetime warranty.
