Factory plastic cold-side intercooler pipes are prone to failure under boost, leaving many truck owners stranded. Mishimoto has developed a cold-side intercooler pipe and boot kit for the 2011-2016 6.7L Powerstroke to address this issue. The kit features a mandrel-bent aluminum pipe with a polished finish, designed for increased reliability, durability, and performance.

This direct-fit kit includes a CNC-machined quick-disconnect flange and IAT sensor housing for easy installation in under two hours. It retains all factory emissions components and does not require a tuner. The design eliminates restrictive bends in the factory pipe, improving airflow, power, and EGTs.

The kit includes Mishimoto Silicone Boots with DuraCore technology for superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil, increasing boot lifespan and preventing leaks and blowouts. Stainless steel constant-tension T-bolt clamps provide consistent holding power. This intercooler pipe and boot kit is made in the USA and is compatible with the Mishimoto 6.7L Powerstroke Aluminum Primary Radiator.

Installation Notes: 27 in-lbs (3NM) recommended for all T-bolt and constant-tension T-bolt clamps. These clamps have an operating range of 18-35 in-lbs (2-4NM). Do not exceed the maximum torque rating of 35 in-lbs (4NM).

Note: Mishimoto has improved this product by including an O-ring and spring clip. If these components are not included in the kit, remove the stock O-ring and spring clip and install them onto the Mishimoto CNC-machined coupling.
