Mishimoto has developed a hot-side intercooler pipe and boot kit for the 2008-2010 6.4L Powerstroke. The factory pipe and boot feature numerous restrictive bends and are not designed to withstand the heat and pressure of high-powered 6.4L engines. Upgrading to the Mishimoto kit increases reliability, durability, and performance.

The Mishimoto Cold-Side Pipe is constructed from mandrel bent aluminum with a polished finish. This kit is designed as a two-piece pipe kit, compared to the factory one-piece pipe, allowing for easier installation and removal. The Mishimoto Hot-Side Pipe eliminates restrictive bends, improving airflow, power, and EGTs.

This kit includes Mishimoto silicone boots with DuraCore technology, which provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil compared to normal silicone. The boots are designed to prevent leaks and blowouts, increasing longevity. Mishimoto Constant-Tension T-bolt Clamps are included for consistent holding power. This kit is made in the USA and includes the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.
