Mishimoto has developed a cold-side intercooler pipe and boot kit for the 2008-2010 6.4L Powerstroke. The factory pipe and boot feature numerous restrictive bends and are not designed to withstand the heat and pressure of a high-powered 6.4L engine. Upgrading to the Mishimoto Powerstroke performance parts kit increases reliability, durability, and performance.

The Mishimoto Cold-Side Pipe is constructed from mandrel bent aluminum with a polished finish. It eliminates restrictive bends found in the factory pipe, allowing for improvements in airflow, power, and EGTs. The kit includes Mishimoto Silicone Boots with DuraCore technology, which offers superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil compared to normal silicone. Mishimoto Constant-Tension T-bolt Clamps are also included for accurate and consistent holding power.

This cold-side pipe and boot kit is designed to complement the Mishimoto 6.4L Powerstroke Performance Intercooler. It is made in the USA and comes with the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

Note: This product requires minor trimming of the upper radiator support for installation. Please use both the printable trimming template and the modification guide for best results.
