Mishimoto has developed an intercooler pipe and boot kit for the 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. Factory piping contains numerous restrictive bends that impede airflow and reduce engine power. The Mishimoto Powerstroke intercooler piping is engineered to eliminate unnecessary bends, resulting in increased airflow and power.

The Mishimoto intercooler pipe kit includes DuraCore boots and constant-tension T-bolt clamps. Mishimoto DuraCore technology is a synthetic material that forms the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone diesel boots. Compared to standard silicone, DuraCore provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil, effectively increasing the life of the boots by preventing leaks and blowouts.

For greater improvements in charge-air cooling, this piping kit can be paired with the Mishimoto performance intercooler. The Mishimoto 6.0L Powerstroke intercooler pipe and boot kit comes with a Lifetime Warranty.

Note: This kit will not fit vehicles equipped with dual alternators.
