Mishimoto has developed a cold-side intercooler pipe and boot kit for the 2011+ 6.6L Duramax. The factory plastic pipe and boot are not designed to withstand the heat and pressure of high-powered Duramax engines. Upgrading to the Mishimoto kit increases reliability, durability, and performance.

The cold-side pipe is constructed from 3.5-inch mandrel-bent aluminum with a polished finish. The two-piece design allows for easy installation and removal, and a CNC-machined AIT sensor bung enables retention of the factory AIT sensor. This pipe eliminates restrictive bends found in the factory pipe, improving airflow, power, and EGTs.

The kit includes Mishimoto silicone boots with DuraCore technology, which provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil compared to standard silicone. Constant-tension T-bolt clamps are included for consistent holding power. This kit is made in the USA and is compatible with the Mishimoto 6.6L Duramax Performance Intercooler.
