Mishimoto offers a direct-fit silicone boot kit with DuraCore technology, designed specifically for the 6.4L Ford Powerstroke. Mishimoto DuraCore technology is a synthetic material that forms the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone diesel boots.

Compared to standard silicone, DuraCore provides enhanced resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil. This increases the lifespan of the boots by helping to prevent leaks and blowouts. The kit also includes Mishimoto constant-tension T-bolt clamps for accurate and consistent holding power.

Note: Installation torque specs are 27 in-lbs (3NM) recommended for all T-bolt and constant tension T-bolt clamps. These clamps have an operating range of 18-35 in-lbs (2-4NM). Do not exceed the maximum torque rating of 35 in-lbs (4NM).
