Mishimoto offers a direct-fit silicone boot with DuraCore technology designed for the 6.0L Ford Powerstroke. DuraCore technology is a synthetic material forming the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone diesel boots. Compared to standard silicone, DuraCore provides enhanced resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil.

This increases the lifespan of the boots by helping to prevent leaks and blowouts. The kit also includes Mishimoto constant tension T-bolt clamps for consistent and accurate holding power. The boot kit is engineered for a precise fit on the Powerstroke and is designed for long-term reliability.

Note: 27 in-lbs (3NM) is recommended for all T-bolt and constant tension T-bolt clamps. These clamps have an operating range of 18-35 in-lbs (2-4NM). Do not exceed the maximum torque rating of 35 in-lbs (4NM).
