Jeeps are designed for adventures that often go beyond paved roads. While these vehicles are built for exploration, maintaining engine performance is essential to ensure reliable operation in any environment.

The 2007-2011 Jeep Wrangler 3.8L V6 Baffled Oil Catch Can Kit features a patent-pending 3 oz. can that helps reduce harmful blow-by oil, preventing carbon buildup on intake tracts and valves. Internal air diverters and a 50-micron bronze filter provide effective air/oil separation, while an internal aluminum baffle prevents recirculation of trapped contaminants.

The two-piece, 2.5mm thick steel bracket is engineered for durability and securely mounts to the chassis, withstanding significant movement and off-road abuse. The kit includes black rubber hoses, a black powder-coated bracket, and is a direct fit for 2007-2011 3.8L Wrangler models. Installation takes approximately one hour.

Installation Notes: 22 in-lbs (2.5NM) recommended for all worm-gear clamps. These clamps have an operating range of 18-27 in-lbs (2-3NM). Do not exceed the maximum torque rating of 27 in-lbs (3NM).

Note: This kit has been confirmed to fit with the sPOD system. Fitment with other aftermarket products such as air compressors or vacuum pump relocation kits (except for sPOD system) has not been confirmed.

Recommendation: After installation, check the contents of the baffled catch can every 500 miles until a baseline is established. Oil blow-by accumulation will vary with ambient temperatures and driving conditions. Ensure the contents do not rise above the internal baffle.
