High-output engines require high-flow crankcase ventilation. This high-flow catch can features a high-capacity bottom with a 5.3 fl. oz. capacity. The CNC-machined lid includes large M27 x 2.0 inlets and outlets to allow the crankcase to breathe efficiently.

Inside the can, a CNC-machined baffle with integrated filter allows crankcase gases to flow through while filtering out potentially harmful fuel, oil, and water vapors. The catch can and filter are fully serviceable for easy draining and cleaning. A custom-engineered, 3mm-thick steel bracket mounts the can in an accessible location for quick servicing and is gusseted and powder-coated black for strength and resistance to the elements.

This kit includes direct-fit hoses and adapters to connect to the stock CCV breather box and route blow-by away from the engine. The 2011-2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke Baffled Oil Catch Can is covered by a Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

Installation Notes: 22 in-lbs (2.5NM) recommended for all worm-gear clamps. These clamps have an operating range of 18-27 in-lbs (2-3NM). Do not exceed the maximum torque rating of 27 in-lbs (3NM).

Note: This catch can kit will not fit with CCV filter box part #BC3Q-6A785-AD, which has been superseded. To ensure proper fitment and remove possible restrictions, it is recommended to replace the filter box with part #DC3Z-6A785-C.

Note: This catch can kit is designed to work with the stock CCV filter box installed. It will not fit with other CCV delete or reroute kits. If the OEM CCV filter box is needed, the part number is DC3Z-6A785-C.

Recommendation: After installation, check the contents of the baffled catch can every 1,000 miles until a baseline is established. Oil blow-by accumulation will vary with ambient temperatures and driving conditions. Ensure the contents do not rise above the internal baffle.
