If the 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins requires improved cooling, this heavy-duty bundle from Mishimoto provides a comprehensive solution. The package includes an aluminum radiator, transmission cooler, intercooler with pipe and boot kit, and a silicone radiator hose kit for the 3rd Gen Ram.

The all-aluminum radiator features TIG-welded end tanks for durability and a two-row core for efficient cooling, while maintaining stock fitment. A 1.3 bar high-pressure radiator cap and magnetic drain plug are included to help keep coolant clean and contained. The silicone radiator hoses are constructed from four layers of silicone and heat-resistant fibers, offering increased heat and pressure tolerance, and also fit like stock.

The Mishimoto transmission cooler delivers a 212-percent increase in core volume and a 244-percent increase in fluid capacity over the stock unit. It includes a fully serviceable thermostat with bypass to prevent thermostat issues in any climate. The performance intercooler is over 30-percent thicker than stock, providing a 30-percent increase in core volume and up to 10-percent cooler intake air temperatures. The intercooler pipes are all-aluminum and mandrel bent, while the pipe boots feature DuraCore technology for added durability and blowout protection.

Note: This kit requires cutting of the stock transmission cooler lines to remove the quick-disconnect fittings. Mishimoto provides CNC-machined stainless steel hose barb fittings to splice the supplied transmission cooler line with the stock soft-lines. Please see installation instructions for more details.
