The turbocharged 2.0L JL Wrangler is designed to draw in a large volume of air, compress it into the engine, mix it with fuel, and generate power. The turbocharger’s efficiency depends on the amount of air it can intake, making high intake flow essential for peak performance.

The Mishimoto 2018-2023 Jeep Wrangler JL 2.0L Performance Intake features a precision-engineered rotational-molded tube with dyno-tested resonators and a custom filter, allowing the 2.0L Hurricane's turbo to operate efficiently. The smoother intake tube and large filter enable up to 39-percent better airflow compared to the stock intake. This increased flow allows the turbo to draw in more air, and with tuning, can result in more power. The integrated resonator is designed and tested to maintain power in the most effective RPM range. The intake retains the stock lower airbox and mounting points for straightforward installation, while the CNC-machined EVAP venturi ensures CEL-free operation. The intake is available with either an oiled or dry washable filter to maximize flow in various environments.
