The MagnaFlow Overland Series Axle-Back Performance Exhaust System (#19620) is engineered for enhanced off-road capability, optimized sound, and dyno-tested performance on the 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL equipped with either the 2.0L or 3.6L engine. Designed for high-clearance fitment, this system is ideal for navigating rugged terrain while delivering MagnaFlow’s signature tone with minimized highway drone.

Constructed with 2.5” mandrel bent piping, this axle-back system routes exhaust flow through an 18” straight-through oval muffler and an NDT-tuned chamber, terminating in a high-clearance tailpipe at the rear passenger side. The No Drone Technology (NDT) employs passive quarter-wave noise cancellation to significantly reduce interior resonance during cruising. The accessory port on the muffler allows for customizable sound profiles using the included pipe cap, J-pipe, and NDT module. All configurations maintain some level of drone reduction while allowing users to choose between stealthier or more aggressive acoustics.

Made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel and precision-crafted using CNC robotic technology, this system offers a bolt-on, direct-fit installation that replaces the OEM exhaust from the rear axle back. MagnaFlow backs this product with a limited lifetime construction warranty.
