The KW V4 Racing sport coilover kit is developed from GT4 customer sports applications and serves as a performance solution for track tools and dedicated racecars. Unlike the KW V3 Clubsport coilover kit, the KW V4 Racing does not include a parts certificate, making it suitable exclusively for track day and circuit use with motorsport tires. The kit offers independent adjustment for lowspeed and highspeed compression, as well as lowspeed rebound.

This coilover kit is uncompromisingly designed for competition and is available in various versions for numerous vehicles. Many motorsport clients select the KW V4 Racing for participation in track days with non-road legal vehicles or when a homologated customer sport suspension is not required. The setup is vehicle-specific, with design considerations for the Nurburgring Nordschleife, including axle geometry, clearance, damping rate, spring rate, spring travel, and wheel loads. The kit is manufactured in Fichtenberg, featuring MacPherson spring struts made of stainless steel and an inverted monotube damper cartridge. The piggyback external reservoir is mounted directly to the suspension.

The KW V4 Racing allows adjustment of the damper characteristics to individual requirements, with 15 clicks for lowspeed compression, 12 clicks for highspeed compression, and 18 clicks for lowspeed rebound, providing a wide range of setup possibilities for different racetracks.
