The HLS lift system provides increased ground clearance for sports cars and lowered vehicles at the push of a button. This allows safe negotiation of obstacles such as speedbumps, railroad crossings, road works, garages, and underground car parks.

Depending on the version, the HLS system can hydraulically lift the front axle or both axles by up to 45 mm. This helps prevent damage to aerodynamic components, underbody protection, or the oil sump. The system is available as a vehicle-specific solution with or without a KW coilover kit, and a universal lift system is also available for vehicles not listed in the KW HLS product range.

HLS is offered as an application-specific solution for a wide range of supercars and everyday vehicles. The kit includes hydraulic lines or a hydraulic pump adapted to the vehicle, ensuring all components fit precisely. The system can be combined with either the original suspension kit or KW coilovers. The HLS 2 kit is installed only on the front axle, while HLS 4 lifts the entire vehicle. A hydraulic cylinder is installed between the spring plate and springs of each KW strut, maintaining driving dynamics. Each kit includes a control unit connected to the vehicle's electronics, which automatically lowers the vehicle at a certain speed to the original suspension level.
