The K&N 69-8622TTK Typhoon air intake system is a free-flowing, mandrel-bent aluminum tube air induction system. The restrictive factory air filter and air intake tubing are replaced by the K&N Typhoon air intake, which is designed to reduce air flow restriction by smoothing and straightening air flow.

This allows the engine to inhale a larger amount of air than the factory air intake, resulting in a guaranteed power gain. The 69-8622TTK air intake comes with a replacement K&N high-flow air filter and an aluminum intake tube that connects to the vehicle's factory air box and throttle body.

The intake tube features a black powdercoated finish and accommodates the factory crank case vent hose. The air filter can be used for up to 50,000 miles before servicing is needed, depending on driving conditions. Installation is designed to be easy and requires commonly available tools.
