The K&N 69-0025TP Typhoon air intake system is a free-flowing, mandrel-bent aluminum tube air induction system designed for select Honda Accord VIII and Acura TSX models. The restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing are replaced by the K&N Typhoon air intake, which is engineered to reduce air flow restriction by smoothing and straightening air flow.

This system allows the engine to draw in a larger volume of air compared to the factory intake, resulting in increased usable power and improved acceleration throughout the RPM range. The 69-0025TP air intake includes a black rubber topped K&N high-flow air filter that fits into the original air box location, directing air through the intake tube into the engine's throttle body for a guaranteed power gain.

The intake tube features a durable, chrome-like polished finish and accommodates the factory EVAP vent hose, air temperature sensor, and crank case vent hose. The oversized cone-shaped air filter is supplied with a water repellent DryCharger filter wrap for moisture protection and can be used for up to 100,000 miles before servicing is required, depending on driving conditions. Installation is straightforward, typically taking 90 minutes or less using existing factory mounting points and basic hand tools.
