The K&N 57-9008 FIPK air intake system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing in select Toyota 4 Runner and Pickup models. K&N intakes are engineered to reduce intake restriction by smoothing and straightening air flow. This enables the engine to draw in a larger volume of air compared to the factory air filter assembly.

Increased airflow results in more usable power and improved acceleration throughout the engine's RPM range. The 57-9008 air intake includes a chrome-topped K&N high-flow air filter that mounts to the factory mass air sensor and directs air into the throttle body for a guaranteed power gain. The oversized, cone-shaped air filter can be used for up to 100,000 miles before servicing is required, depending on driving conditions. Installation is straightforward, typically taking 60 minutes or less using existing factory mounting points and standard tools.
