K&N 57i Series induction kits are specifically designed for each vehicle and eliminate the size restriction of the factory air box. These economical kits vary in form depending on vehicle characteristics and available under-hood space. Each kit is engineered to provide power throughout the RPM range.

The open-air filters offer increased surface area, delivering more airflow at lower restriction than a K&N O/E replacement filter, which is limited by the factory air box size. The larger filter also captures and holds more dirt, extending service life before cleaning is required, up to 100,000 miles. The filter may be attached directly to the engine carburetor or throttle body, or indirectly via a tube assembly. All adapters are constructed from high quality materials such as steel, aluminum, silicon, or reinforced nylon for durability. 57i Series Intakes are not legal for use in California and other US States adopting California emission standards.
