K&N 57i Series induction kits are engineered for each specific vehicle and eliminate the size restriction imposed by the factory air box. These kits are designed in various forms depending on vehicle characteristics and available engine bay space. Each kit is intended to deliver power throughout the RPM range.

The open-air filter design offers greater surface area, providing increased airflow with less restriction compared to a K&N O/E replacement filter. The larger filter also captures and retains more dirt, extending service intervals up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is needed. Filters may be attached directly to the carburetor or throttle body, or indirectly via a tube assembly. All adapters are constructed from high quality materials such as steel, aluminum, silicon, or reinforced nylon for durability. 57i Series Intakes are not legal for use in California and other US States adopting California emission standards.
