- If you have changed to an aftermarket stabilizer, there is a risk of interference with the core.
- Installation with mufflers other than stock/HKS has not been confirmed.

- This kit uses black mesh hoses with black & silver fittings.
- The core layout and air guide settings are the same as the stock kit.
- Black mesh hose is 38% lighter than stainless steel mesh hose. Stainless steel mesh hose (previous product) 240g/m. Black mesh hose (newly adopted product) 150g/m
- The hose and fittings are pre-assembled just like the existing kit. In addition, the angled fitting has a swivel structure, making it easy to adjust the twist during installation.
Warning
- The performance of the black mesh hose and fitting (BLACK x SILVER) will be maintained in this combination.
- If the black mesh hose is combined with the conventional fitting (RED x BLUE), it cannot be used because the pressure resistance performance cannot be secured.
- If you are using an existing kit and need to replace the hose or fitting, please replace the hose and fitting at the same time.
The oil cooler core is specially designed for the R35, measuring 200 x 132 x 48 (cooling fin section). The core is installed inside the rear under cover, but a dedicated air duct is used to introduce airflow while driving, ensuring reliable cooling performance. This air duct, which will be attached to the stock rear under cover, is made from CFRP to match the design. To ensure reliable operation and flow rate, an HKS original oil pump is used rather than a general-purpose product. The kit comes standard with an ON/OFF switch as well as a relay box and harness for installing the oil pump.
In-house testing at the Fuji Speedway racing course confirmed that the differential oil temperature dropped by approximately 37°C. This also resulted in a drop in DCT oil temperature of approximately 5°C and coolant temperature of approximately 3°C. (Note) The above data is in-house data from a vehicle developed by company.
