The HKS Slide Cam Sprocket for SR20DE(T) engines is an updated version of a long-established component, designed to provide precise camshaft timing adjustment for optimized engine performance. Retaining its proven design, the latest version introduces a pre-installed drive gear on the exhaust (EX) side, simplifying installation and eliminating the need to transfer or source additional components.

This adjustable cam sprocket enables accurate valve timing correction to match modifications such as upgraded camshafts, altered engine specifications, and increased valve duration and overlap. The adjustment range of ±20° (crank angle) allows fine-tuning, with each scale increment corresponding to approximately 2°. Clear “A” (Advance) and “R” (Retard) markings assist in accurate setup, while the center position aligns with OEM timing for reference.

The sprocket is suitable for use with both standard and upgraded camshafts, with optimal performance achieved when paired with HKS camshafts and recommended timing settings.
