The HKS Oil Cooler Kit is engineered to provide stable oil temperature control for high-output engines and circuit driving conditions. The renewed design ensures compatibility with both GR Yaris GEN1 and GEN2 models, including MT and DAT configurations.

To support GEN2 models equipped with a sub-radiator and DAT transmission, the oil line routing has been revised and a newly developed filter mount has been introduced. When combined with the factory water-cooled oil cooler, the system effectively suppresses oil temperature rise during continuous high-load or track driving.

A turn-flow type core is utilized to achieve high cooling performance despite limited core surface area. The vehicle-specific core layout maximizes airflow through the front bumper opening while minimizing any influence on engine coolant temperature.
