Description HAWK HKC5355.490B Brake Kit (Rotor Talon C-Drilled/HPS 5.0 Brake Pad)
High Performance Street 5.0 brake pads deliver strong stopping power and pedal feel without compromising ABS function. The HPS 5.0 compound is a Ferro-Carbon formula designed to enhance braking characteristics for an improved driving experience. This compound combines aerospace safety and quality standards with motorsports braking technology, resulting in shorter stopping distances and reliable performance under heavy braking conditions.
Hawk Talon performance brake discs are engineered, machined, finished, and coated in ISO certified North American facilities. Manufactured from grade 3000 cast iron, these black coated rotors offer superior corrosion resistance and facilitate quick, easy bed-in while resisting galling. Slot and drill designs optimize thermal efficiency, heat dissipation, strength, and wet braking performance. The rotors are balanced and feature precision milled slots to minimize harmonic resonance.
