The GARRETT 877895-5007S G25-550 turbocharger features a 0.72 A/R V-Band inlet and outlet with an internally wastegated housing in reverse rotation. Part of Garrett’s advanced G Series, this turbo provides outstanding performance capability in a compact package, supporting up to 550 horsepower for 1.4 L – 3.0 L engine displacements. The forged fully-machined compressor wheel, optimized with CFD technology, delivers up to 15–30% more airflow compared to GTX Gen II turbos, while maintaining 79–80% efficiency. The Mar-M super alloy turbine wheel withstands exhaust temperatures up to 1050 °C and flows up to 20% more than previous GTX designs. Designed for motorsport and high-performance builds, this turbo integrates fully machined ports for speed and pressure sensors, dual ceramic ball bearings, water and oil cooling, and stainless steel turbine housings for maximum durability.
