This advanced system addresses airflow restrictions in the factory configuration, enhancing engine response, power delivery, and acoustic feedback while offering a premium carbon fiber aesthetic. Constructed entirely from 100% prepreg carbon fiber, the intake ensures strength, thermal stability, and smooth internal surfaces for optimized airflow.

Enlarged airbox lid

The stock airbox lid on the Cayenne 4.0TFSI creates a restrictive bottleneck for airflow, particularly at the interface with the flow collector. EVENTURI's redesigned carbon fiber lid raises the central portion of the airbox to allow space for a significantly larger collector and higher-flow cone filters. This structural change eliminates the OEM limitation imposed by the shallow stock lid, enabling both an increase in filtration surface area and improved intake efficiency. The lid utilizes OEM mounting points for seamless installation while offering superior airflow geometry.

Carbon flow collector and filters

At the heart of the system is the carbon fiber flow collector, which channels air from the filters toward the turbo inlets. Freed from the dimensional constraints of the OEM airbox, the Eventuri collector is dramatically enlarged for superior volumetric airflow. This allows the use of custom high-flow dry cone filters with a greater filtration area than stock, further reducing intake resistance. The smooth carbon internal surfaces maintain laminar flow, contributing to consistent throttle behavior and performance under load.

Turbo inlets

The OEM turbo inlets are a significant restriction point in the stock intake system, maintaining a small cross-sectional area from the turbos to the airbox. Eventuri has developed replacement inlets with up to 43% more internal volume, starting with an expanded diameter immediately after the turbochargers. This design allows for greater air reserve, reduces pressure drop, and enables faster turbo response. Additionally, the inlets accommodate engine movement without introducing airflow turbulence, ensuring consistent performance under dynamic driving conditions.
