CSF’s high-performance radiator upgrade for the latest 14th generation Ford F-150 and 3rd generation Raptor addresses the increasing demands of today’s modified performance trucks. While the factory cooling system is improved over previous generations and handles moderate upgrades reasonably well, modern builds featuring larger turbochargers, increased boost levels, and added auxiliary equipment quickly exceed its thermal capabilities.

Rather than waiting for elevated engine temperatures to trigger power loss or lead to radiator failure, the CSF radiator provides a proactive solution built for the most extreme conditions. Initially developed with a 6.5mm fin pitch, the design was further refined before final production with CSF’s next-generation 5mm fin technology, introduced in late 2023. This advanced core design delivers increased surface area and improved thermal transfer efficiency, making it ideal for high-horsepower builds, heavy-duty towing, and demanding off-road performance.
