Description BORLA 400938 Universal Resonator 2.5" (Un-Notched)

The Borla universal bottle-style resonator is engineered to attenuate sound pressure levels without compromising flow efficiency. Compact and reversible, this unit is ideal for confined spaces or as an add-on to reduce exhaust volume by approximately 2–3 dB(A). Designed for use with CrateMufflers or any 2.5" diameter exhaust system, it features a straight-through internal configuration that maintains optimal performance. Constructed from T-304 austenitic stainless steel with a natural mill finish, this resonator offers long-term durability and corrosion resistance. Un-notched necks accommodate weld-in installation; 3" wide band clamps (part #18004) may be used if clamping is preferred.
