Developing systems for the C8 Corvette presented unique challenges, but the engineering team addressed them effectively. This 3" inlet Cat-Back system includes both AFM (2020-2021) / DFM (2022-2026) valves and NPP dual mode exhaust valves. The system features the aggressive ATAK sound for an exciting driving experience without interior drone.

It incorporates Polyphonic Harmonizer and SwitchFire technology. The Polyphonic Harmonizer uses patented units with pipes of varying diameters and lengths to create multiple exhaust notes that harmonize for a clean, rich, full-bodied sound. The SwitchFire design eliminates the turbulent center intersection of a standard X-Pipe, blending combustion pulses from both sides of the engine for improved performance and a custom sound.

Strategically placed heat shielding is included to prevent exhaust heat damage and protect the Corvette. The system comes with quad 4" round bright chrome tips on T-304 stainless steel, and is also available with black chrome or carbon fiber tips. Constructed from T-304 stainless steel, the system ships in two boxes. After installation, controllers for the AFM/DFM and NPP valves should be re-calibrated according to GM Document ID 5406413. It is recommended to have recalibration performed at a Chevrolet dealer.
