The BMC FB756/20 panel air filter is designed as a direct replacement for the OEM air filter and is installed inside the factory airbox. It is manufactured from high-performance materials that allow increased airflow while maintaining efficient filtration, capturing impurities down to 7 microns compared to approximately 10 microns for standard OEM filters.
BMC air filters are produced using the Full Moulding system, which forms the characteristic red filter frame from a single mold without welded joints. This construction improves structural integrity and reduces the risk of breakage over extended service life. The sealing rubber compound is engineered for durability, long lifespan, and optimal adhesion to different airbox shapes.
The filtering element consists of multi-layered oiled cotton gauze, protected by an epoxy-coated alloy mesh to resist petrol fumes and oxidation caused by air humidity. All BMC air filters are supplied pre-oiled and are washable and regenerable when used with the appropriate BMC regeneration kit.
