The AMS Performance Nissan Z VR30 Intercoolers offer exceptional heat transfer efficiency through advanced engineering, materials, and construction. The design features a unique counter-flow core, increasing core size by 70.4% over the factory unit. This counter-flow configuration allows for maximum thermal transfer, surpassing conventional cross-flow cores. CNC billet aluminum end tanks and upsized air inlets, outlets, and coolant ports further enhance heat management for the VR30DDTT engine.

These intercoolers are engineered for both stock and modified vehicles, providing a significant drop in intake air temperature and maintaining performance under demanding conditions. The custom core design, optimized TMAP sensor location, and increased coolant flow contribute to improved efficiency and reliability.
