Adding more horsepower to the new Toyota GR Supra is made easier with the AMS Performance A90 2020 Toyota GR Supra Alpha 8 GTX3582 GEN II Turbo Kit. This kit is the first publicly available internally gated full turbo kit for the 2020 GR Supra platform that utilizes the OEM electronic wastegate. The integration allows seamless OEM ECU boost control as intended from the factory. The electronic wastegate system offers superior boost response over mechanical alternatives, making it ideal for part throttle drivability and road course applications.

The turbo kit features the GTX3582 Gen II Garrett Turbocharger with a 66mm inducer and incorporates the factory electronic wastegate for OEM-like boost control. The exhaust manifold is designed for optimal flow and spool, and the kit includes coolant and oil line sheaths for improved heat management. The TiAL internal wastegate exhaust housing features a 3.5″ V-band discharge, and the intake system uses powder coated 4″ aluminum piping. CNC billet aluminum oil and water port AN adapter fittings are included for a leak-free installation.

The AMS SnailWorks Engineering Team has focused on creating a direct bolt-in kit that is fully compatible with A/C, power steering, and all factory options. The design allows for easy reversibility back to stock and is compatible with the AMS 3″ charge pipe. The hand-fabricated tubular exhaust manifold and 3.5″ downpipe use 304L stainless steel for optimal exhaust flow and durability. The downpipe is tig welded and features a v-band connection, flex section, and factory style slip joint for a precise fit and reliability.

The Garrett GTX-Series turbochargers are known for their reliability, power output, and spool characteristics. The GTX3582R Gen II turbo in this kit is capable of over 700 whp while maintaining excellent boost response. The compressor cover uses a 4″ inlet and 2.5″ discharge for increased airflow. Oil and water lines are pre-installed and the compressor cover is clocked to simplify installation.

Note: A custom charge pipe solution will need to be fabricated during turbo kit installation, unless the AMS Performance GR Supra 3″ Charge Pipe is used.
