The AMS QuickClamp System is designed for high-performance induction piping connections, offering both reliability and ease of use. This system is an upgrade over traditional silicone hose connections, providing a secure articulating connection that prevents decoupling during engine operation. The integrated push-pin design enables toolless clamp release, allowing for quick and easy removal of piping connections. CNC machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum construction ensures durability and reliability.

The AMS QuickClamp System has been lab and FEA tested to withstand up to 120 PSI, ensuring optimal performance under extreme conditions. The closure mechanism features a 304 stainless steel push-pin for secure clamping and easy removal. There is also a provision for safety wire or cotter pin to help prevent accidental release.

Product Notes: Each ferrule type is designed for a specific fabrication application. Standard ferrules are for use with aluminum tubing for intake and charge pipes. Panel ferrules can be mounted directly to sheet metal, such as intercooler end tanks. Flat ferrules are receiver-less and suitable for turbo compressors or other custom applications.
