The AMS Performance Alpha V10 Intake Manifold was developed to address the challenges of adding forced induction to the 5.2 FSI V10 engine in the Audi R8 and Lamborghini Huracan. The OEM plastic intake manifold is prone to failure under positive air pressure from turbocharging, so AMS designed this billet aluminum manifold to withstand any boost level.

This intake manifold is constructed from 6061 T6 billet aluminum for durability and corrosion resistance. It features raised billet aluminum velocity stacks for improved airflow and is fully compatible with the AMS Intake Manifold Sealing Ring Kit. The manifold includes twin ports for dual MAP sensors, making it suitable for MoTeC or Syvecs systems, and supports both OEM and AMS fuel rails.

Each manifold can be customized in thousands of powder coated or anodized colors and finishes, with individual pieces able to be colored separately. Installation is straightforward, requiring no additional hardware, and nitrile coated aluminum assembly and throttle body gaskets are included.

Note: Upper to lower runner rings are available separately, or come included with the Alpha V10 Twin Turbo Kit.

Note: While other fuel rail kits may work, AMS can only guarantee stock or AMS fuel rails to be compatible with this intake manifold.

Note: Custom color anodizing or powder coating can add as much as 4 weeks to your build time. However, expedited service is available in most cases.
