The AMS Performance Alpha V10 Intake Manifold is engineered to address the challenges of adding forced induction to the 5.2 FSI V10 engine in the Audi R8 and Lamborghini Huracan. The OEM plastic intake manifold is prone to failure under positive air pressure from turbocharging, so AMS designed a billet aluminum manifold capable of handling high boost levels.

This intake manifold is constructed from 6061 T6 billet aluminum for reliability and corrosion resistance. Each piece can be individually colored with thousands of anodized or powder coated finishes, allowing for limitless design options. Raised billet aluminum velocity stacks improve airflow, and the manifold is fully compatible with the AMS Intake Manifold Sealing Ring Kit.

It features twin ports to run dual MAP sensors for MoTeC or Syvecs systems, and is designed for easy installation with no additional hardware required. The manifold works with OEM or AMS fuel rails and includes nitrile coated aluminum assembly and throttle body gaskets.

Note: Upper to lower runner rings are available separately, or come included with the Alpha V10 Twin Turbo Kit.

Note: While other fuel rail kits may work, AMS can only guarantee stock or AMS fuel rails to be compatible with this intake manifold.

Note: Custom color anodizing or powder coating can add as much as 4 weeks to your build time. However, expedited service is available in most cases.
