The Alpha Fuel System Flex Fuel Kit Add-on allows the use of E85 straight from the pump without the need to manually calculate ethanol content or switch maps. It enables operation on gasoline, E85, or any mixture of gas and ethanol from 0 to 100%. The kit’s ethanol sensor and electronics communicate with the vehicle’s ECU to automatically adjust fueling, boost, and timing for optimal performance with any fuel mixture. These adjustments occur seamlessly during flex fuel ECU tuning, allowing flexible fuel choices for the Audi R8 or Lamborghini Huracan.

The full Alpha Triple Pump Fuel System supports up to 3200+ HP of fuel delivery on gasoline and 2400+ HP on E85. The Flex Fuel Kit allows users to run any fuel or mixture from 0 to 100 percent ethanol. All materials and components are fully compatible with ethanol and methanol. The system integrates with most stock ECUs and standalone ECU hardware such as MoTeC M142. Installation is simplified with race-grade AN fittings, aluminum quick connect fittings, a plug-and-play connector, black braided nylon PTFE lined hose, stainless steel hardware, and requires no permanent modification to the vehicle.

The Alpha Fuel System is designed as a complete, modular solution, allowing custom fuel system builds or seamless integration as a full system. It addresses restrictive components in the factory fuel system to increase fuel throughput and maintains OEM-like siphon system functionality, ensuring consistent fuel delivery without external surge tanks. The system is engineered for durability, drivability, and ease of use.
