The AMS Performance R8/Huracan DL800 Reinforced Differential Cover & Transmission Brace addresses excessive case flex during high horsepower launches, which can damage transmission internals. Case flex can result in misalignment of components such as the ring and pinion gears, potentially leading to failure.

This cover and bracing solution adds three additional mounting points for support bracing arms, significantly increasing the structural rigidity of the three-piece transmission case. The kit uses 6061-T6 billet aluminum and 8740 chromoly steel materials for a lightweight yet strong construction.

Product Notes: Requires transmission to be removed from vehicle chassis for installation.
