The AMS Performance INFINITI Q50/Q60 VR30 Intercoolers deliver exceptional heat transfer efficiency through advanced engineering, materials, and construction. The design features a significant increase in core size and a unique counter-flow core layout, setting it apart from conventional cross-flow intercoolers. With a 70.4% increase in core size over the factory units, CNC billet aluminum end tanks, and enlarged air inlets, outlets, and coolant ports, these intercoolers are engineered to optimize heat management for the VR30DDTT engine.

The counter-flow design allows for maximum thermal transfer, pairing the coolest water with the coolest air inside the core. This results in outstanding cooling performance, including a recorded 40°F drop in intake air temperature compared to OEM. The intercoolers are easy to install in the OEM location and are suitable for both stock and modified vehicles to help reduce heat soak and maintain power output.
