The OEM fuel pressure sensor on the VR30 engine found in Infiniti Q50, Q60, and Nissan Z vehicles is a common failure point for many enthusiasts. The AMS Performance VR30DDTT High Pressure Fuel Sensor is designed and validated similar to the OEM sensor, but its improved construction allows it to better withstand pressure fluctuations and outlast the stock sensor, especially on modified VR30 engines.

Factory sensors can fail due to internal issues or problems with the harness connector. Internal failures are often caused by large pressure fluctuations, particularly on vehicles with upgraded fuel systems or when running e85. The AMS sensor's robust design helps prevent these failures. Additionally, the included new connector with adapter harness addresses connector pin issues caused by engine vibration.

Note: Custom ECU calibration is required for install. Please refer to installation instructions for details. Engine damage may occur if specific ECU calibration changes are not made after installation.
