The AMS Performance VR30DDTT Race Lower Downpipes are engineered for exceptional performance and durability. Testing on the shop Q60 with the full 3" mandrel bent VR30 Race Lower Downpipes and Red Alpha Tune showed gains in both wheel horsepower and torque across the power band. The system delivers earlier power and improved twin turbo spool-up.

The mandrel bent pipe sections feature long, gradual transitions, helping to maintain exhaust gas velocity and reduce back pressure. Precision construction and heavy gauge stainless steel ensure a stock-like fitment and improved heat retention. The downpipes are over 62% lighter than stock components and provide a throaty exhaust note under wide open throttle.

Note: While ECU calibration is very unlikely to be necessary for just the lower downpipes, a calibration is always recommended to maximize horsepower and verify optimal engine performance.
