The Alpha R35 GT-R Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC) is a high-performance upgrade designed for the Nissan GT-R, delivering both excellent performance and precise fitment. This intercooler is used on the Alpha 9 GT-R package and is suitable for GT-Rs producing up to 1000HP. With over 75% more internal flow area than the stock intercooler, it works with stock piping and requires no cutting or trimming for installation.

The Alpha GT-R Intercooler features cast aluminum end tanks for durability and optimized flow, designed with Solidworks 3D CAD software. Integrated OEM location mounting points allow for easy installation, while custom silicone couplers ensure a perfect fit and optimized airflow through the 3” inlet and outlet ports.

This one-piece intercooler design provides greater efficiency and a cleaner appearance compared to two-piece designs. Each intercooler is hand TIG welded and pressure tested to 50 psi to guarantee performance. The bar and plate core is sourced from the same manufacturer used in AMS’s record-holding race cars.

Note: Inlet and outlet silicone is different between OEM and AMS intercooler piping. Please select your correct fitment when ordering.
