The Alpha Performance R35 GT-R Cast Aluminum Intake Manifold Plenums are engineered by AMS to deliver exceptional efficiency and power. Every detail has been carefully considered in the design of this high-performance induction component. The manifold provides performance across the entire power band, with gains in both horsepower and torque from the moment the turbos spool up.

Based on AMS's championship-winning Carbon Fiber Intake Plenums, the cast aluminum plenums are molded and tapered to channel charged air effectively. This design reduces turbulence and accelerates airflow to the engine, helping to maintain balance and maximize horsepower output. Each manifold is precisely matched to its upper and lower running section to ensure smooth airflow from the throttle body to the cylinder heads.

The intake manifold has been rigorously tested for strength and reliability, including cycle testing from 0–50 psi in high-heat environments and a burst test exceeding 150 psi. Provisions are available for a third fuel rail to support extremely high-powered GT-Rs, and optional Alpha billet big bore throttle bodies are available for vehicles producing over 800HP. An array of anodized finishes is offered for a custom appearance.
